I’m a Doctor of Naturopathy (ND, PhD), certified by the American branch of the Spanish Institute in Miami and the Russian Institute of Innovative Naturopathy. As a member of the International Organization of Naturopaths and Dietitians, a psychologist-nutritionist, and an expert in plant-based nutrition and body detoxification, I believe that blending modern health science with natural healing is the key to vitality, youthfulness, and longevity.
In my practice, I weave together Eastern (Vedic) and classical psychology, marrying cutting-edge scientific techniques with ancient wisdom to create a unique approach. Over the past 12 years, my methods have empowered thousands of women worldwide to reclaim their health and happiness—knowledge they continue to weave into their lives and families.
I’m the creator of the 5 Pillars of Holistic Health method: Nutrition, Psychology, Psychosomatics, Eating Habits, and Prevention. With over 20 years of self-development and 12 years of client experience, I’ve witnessed how this multidimensional approach transforms lives on every level—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. It’s a blueprint for vibrant health and lasting success.
Currently, I live with my family just outside Nashville, Tennessee—a serene haven surrounded by lakes and mountains. For over a decade, sunny Miami was our home, basking on the Atlantic coast. Now, thanks to technology, I have the joy of consulting and teaching worldwide, bringing a piece of each destination into my life and work.
My entire family and I are passionate about natural health practices, integrating them into our daily lives. I place a strong emphasis on psychology, psychosomatics, and emotional wellness. After all, it’s often said that “all illnesses stem from the nerves,” a truth known since ancient Ayurvedic times. I’m here to guide you in managing emotions, achieving balance, and navigating life’s ups and downs with resilience.
I was born in Vladivostok, a remote corner of Russia where residents often visit Japan and China more than their own country’s capital. As a young girl, I was labeled “strange, overweight, and unattractive” by my classmates. I longed for the connections others seemed to enjoy but often found myself alone—a feeling that never quite felt right. Back then, I questioned the fairness and peculiarities of the world around me. Now, I see those experiences as gifts that set me on a path of self-discovery.
My love for psychology drew me to the right people and books, helping me realize that my so-called “strangeness” was actually a wiser approach to life beyond my years. From that moment, my journey took a transformative turn.
I first earned a degree in Economics in Vladivostok, and my thirst for knowledge led me to study in the United States, Europe, and Russia.
For over 15 years, I’ve cherished a fulfilling marriage. My husband and I have built a partnership where we both have the freedom to grow while remaining best friends, allies, and life partners. Together, we’re raising three curious and adventurous boys who fill our lives with endless joy and energy.
Believing that an active lifestyle is essential, I stay fit with up to five workouts a week! I’ve completed two marathons—yes, that’s 26.2 miles each—and I have many more athletic goals on the horizon. While I’m not naturally competitive, the challenge of racing offers me unique insights into my inner world.
